In order to leap forward as a democracy park that opens new hope for democracy together with citizens, the democracy park is operated by a management support team, facility operation team, education and culture team, academic materials team, and citizen public relations team.

• Management Support Team is in charge of efficiently organizing and executing personnel and budgets for the smooth operation of the Democracy Park, and managing various regulations and properties. It also provides convenience to citizens through systematic operation of the performance hall.
• Facility Management Team maintains and manages the entire facility, including architecture, machinery, electricity, and landscaping, to provide a comfortable and pleasant environment for citizens visiting Democracy Park.
• Education and Culture Team is responsible for running various cultural and artistic projects that inherit the spirit of democracy, along with democratic citizen education and daily educational projects based on memorial facilities with citizens.
• Academic Materials Team is responsible for academic projects to carry on the spirit of the democratic struggle, as well as collecting, managing, and researching historical materials and records.
• Citizen Public Relations Team is responsible for promoting commemorative projects, academic and educational projects, exhibitions, and performances held at Democracy Park, as well as recruiting sponsors and developing and operating programs in which citizens can directly participate.
